01. Commission Booking & Date Reservation
Wedding dates are reserved exclusively upon execution of a formal contract and payment of the initial booking retainer. Inquiries or informal conversations do not lock calendar dates.
For destination commissions outside Kathmandu, travel, accommodation, and venue permits are arranged according to the agreed proposal scope.
02. Artistic Discretion & Style
Fairy Tales' creative philosophy centers on candid, unposed emotion rather than forced photography. Clients grant full artistic discretion to our cinematographers and editors regarding framing, lighting, color grading, and soundtrack curation.
03. Delivery Schedules
Post-production is handled with cinematic care. Standard delivery schedules are:
- Film Teasers & Short Reels: 3 to 4 weeks following the wedding date.
- Master Feature Film & Photo Gallery: 8 to 12 weeks depending on seasonal volume.
